HOTEL SAVONIA GENERAL RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND COMMON RULES OF ORDER

These terms are applied on individual reservations, unless a special contract has been made. These terms don’t apply on individual reservations, if the reservation is made for a group, that includes over 10 persons. These terms are also applied to the bookings made at Hotel Savonia website.

1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

When booking you must inform your name, residential address, arriving and departure date and payment method. Hotel is bound by the booking, when it has been confirmed verbally, in writing or for example by email after you have recieved your confirmation number. Hotel can set various terms for payment of the reservation fee or credit card confirmation of the reservation binding condition.

2. ARRIVING TO THE HOTEL AND DEPARTURE

The room is at your use on the arrival date starting from 15.00 and it must be handed over on departure date by 12.00. At certain dates the hotel might have divergent arrival and departure times. For safety reasons only staff and persons registered to hotel are allowed in hotel rooms and other reserved spaces. The maximum capacity of the room must not exceed.

If anything else has not been prearranged when booking or the price you chose or booking perioid has no other terms, the room is reserved until 18.00 at the arrival date. If you arrive later than this, you must confirm your later arrival time with credit card or other way agreed. In other case the hotel can still sell the room. If you arrive to the hotel within check-in hours and the reserved room is not available the hotel must provide you with a closest equivalent room without extra fees.

3. BOOKING GUARANTEE

International credit card can be used for confirmation of the booking. Hotel will keep the room reserved after 18.00, without your infromation about late arrival. For this hotel needs the following information: name, credit card number and experiation date, residental address, phone number and email. Hotel might ask this information from you in written or verbally.

4. CANCELLATION AND NOT ARRIVING

If anything else has not been prearranged when booking or the price you chose or booking period has no other terms, cancellation must be made at the latest one day before arrival before 18.00. If you don’t show up, the hotel has a right to charge you for the price of one night with taxes and other possible extra fees including the booking.

5. DEPARTURE BEFORE AGREED TIME

If you are departuring the hotel before agreed departure date, you must inform the hotel at the latest 14.00 on previous day. If it concerns a several night accomodation you must pay the agreed price for the unused time. Departure before agreed time might also cause changes on accomodations total price.

6. PAYMENTS

If hotel has not made an ex ante from your credit card, hotel has a right to charge the booking payment from your booking when checking in to the hotel.

The hotel accepts the most common debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, coupongs, checks or debit cards, if the hotel has not offered to. If room has been not prepaid, the room must be paid with cash or credit card on arrival. Hotel has a right to make a charge and ex ante for customers with international credit card. For ex ante credit card can be charged for hotels determined reservation charge, which will be deducted from final invoice.

7. CUSTOMERS BEHAVIOUR IN ACCOMODATION

In Hotel Savonia we obey good manners and housing rules. If you break the rules, you can be immediately removed from the hotel premises. You still pay for your accomodation and ordered extra service prices and you can’t demand already paid payments will not be returned.

For safety reasons only people registered to hotel are allowed in to the hotel rooms and other booked spaces. Room and space specific maximum capacity of persons must not exceed.

8. RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER BELONGINGS

You can store your belongings at hotel rooms deposit box or at a request, hotel can take the possession of your valuables. Hotel has a right to charge you for the preservation of your belongings. If your belongings are exceptionally valuable, you must inform the hotel before leaving it for preservation. Hotel might refuse to perceve belongings like this. You are responsible for your own belonings, unless the hotel has taken them for preservation. If the hotel is not responsible for the belongings taken for preservation, the hotel must inform you about it separately. Hotel is not responsible for the belonings held in the rooms deposit box.

The hotel is not responsible for any damages or loss of the vehicle or property inside the hotel car park.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGES

As a customer you are responsible for the damage caused on purpose or by your neglectful actions (like smoking in the room), that you or your guests or pets cause to the room or other hotel property, for the furniture or equipment and hotels other customers and their property. Responsibility for damage is determined by general indemnity principles.

10. ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS

Booking can only be made by persons over 18. Person who books the room for a minor is responsible for the person without depency of the minor accomodating with him or not. A minor accomodating singularily must have a free form permission note signed by his / her caretaker, which indicates minors name, date of birth and accomodation dates. Also caretakers name and phone number are required.

11. PETS

Hotel Savonia has single room suited for pets. Extra price 10€ / reservation.
Person who books the room is responsible for damages caused by pet.
